Process Group Therapy
What is Process Group Therapy?
Process Group is a type of group therapy that meets on a weekly basis for 90 minutes. The group is typically led by two psychologists and has anywhere from 4-8 members at a given time.
Process group is a space where you can develop your interpersonal awareness, cultivate meaningful relationships, and increase your emotional expression. There is no structure or set topic for group sessions. The group facilitators use connection, dialogue, and introspection to lead the group.
Process groups are long-standing groups with no set number of sessions. When you commit to the group, it is expected that you attend weekly to get the most out of group therapy.
