Amy prides herself on being able to engage and develop therapeutic relationships with those from varying backgrounds. Amy very much believes that a process group is a wonderful and unique opportunity to help clients access a space to explore interpersonal and relational difficulties, increasing their understanding of themselves to find new ways of being in their relationships with others. Amy believes that group is one of the most influential ways to enable clients to explore deeper patterns within their interpersonal worlds and gradually make the changes they need.  Previous group facilitation for Amy has been within formal diagnostic based groups (e.g Bipolar Disorder structured/skills group), with men with longterm, severe/enduring and complex mental health concerns and professional supervisory process groups.

Outside of process group you can find Amy at One Mind Health in Kingscliff where she sees individual clients, is the Director and owner of the practice.
